The Chittaranjan Park Kali Mandir Society has been serving the community since 1973 as a centre of worship, cultural preservation, and social welfare. Your generous donations are the lifeblood of the temple, enabling us to continue the sacred traditions and community services that thousands of devotees depend on.
Every contribution, regardless of size, helps sustain:
- Daily Rituals & Worship — Mangal Arati, daily puja, Bhogarati, Sandhyarati, and all regular worship services at the temple
- Festival Celebrations — Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Saraswati Puja, and numerous festivals that bring the community together
- Community Services — free Homeopathy & Naturopathy dispensaries, Yoga centre, Bengali language classes, and the Vivekananda Centenary Library
- Temple Maintenance — upkeep of the 3.5-acre Mandir Complex, including the historic Bengal terracotta temple, gardens, fountains, and cultural halls
- Social Welfare — student educational assistance, patient medical expense support, senior citizen care, and the Daridra Narayan Sewa feeding programme

How Your Donation Helps
Daily Worship
Your contribution provides for the flowers, offerings, incense, ghee, and other sacred materials required for the temple's daily pujas, aratis, and special rituals throughout the year.
Temple Maintenance
The 3.5-acre Mandir Complex with its terracotta temple, three cultural halls, gardens, musical fountain, and children's park requires continuous care to remain a welcoming space for devotees.
Library & Education
Support the Vivekananda Centenary Library (nearly 8,000 books), free Bengali language classes, and student educational assistance programmes that empower the next generation.
Free Medical Services
Help fund the free Homeopathy and Naturopathy dispensaries that provide medical care to community members, especially the elderly and economically weaker sections.
Social Welfare
Contribute to programmes such as Daridra Narayan Sewa (monthly feeding), patient medical expense assistance, and senior citizen care that embody the spirit of selfless service.
Cultural Preservation
Support the celebration of Bengali heritage through festivals like Durga Puja, Rabindra Jayanti, Naba Barsha, and cultural programmes that keep tradition alive in Delhi.
Trust & Transparency
The Chittaranjan Park Kali Mandir Society is a registered organisation with a long and distinguished record of service spanning over five decades. The Society is governed by an elected Managing Committee comprising a President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and members who are accountable to over 640 life members.
All donations are utilised transparently for the purposes of temple worship, maintenance, community services, and cultural activities. The Society maintains proper accounts which are audited regularly and presented at the Annual General Meeting.
